COVID Guidelines
A reminder that if your child contracts COVID within 5 days of departure, or is presenting with symptoms prior to departure, that they need to remain at home. In addition, all families are asked to ensure that their child undertakes a rapid antigen test (RAHT) the night prior to leaving for Tasmania. Students are asked to collect a RAHT test and their SAGE T-shirt after their final examination next week from The Office of the Deputy Principals, Level 2, Kelly St.
Please contact Simon Board on 0403 139 077 at your earliest convenience if your child is unable to attend the experience or if you have any questions or concerns.
If your child becomes unwell in Tasmania, accommodation has been organised for them to self-isolate and a staff member will supervise them in the interim period until a family member can travel to Tasmania to be with their child. Parents need to be aware that anyone who shares accommodation with a person who has tested positive they may be classed as a higher-risk contact and will need to follow the TAS Health Information for people exposed to COVID-19.
